These terms govern your use of BytaBort.nu — Sweden's swap marketplace for items, services, and cash top-ups.
BytaBort.nu connects private individuals for direct swaps and permanent 3-way swaps. We do not own the goods and are not a party to the swap between users.
Version 1.0 · Effective July 2026 · Swedish law applies where EU rules do not require otherwise.
By registering, signing in, publishing listings, or accepting swaps you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for accurate information, ownership of offered items, and activity on your account.
You may sign in with email/password or Google. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Listings must be truthful, lawful, and include accurate images. We may remove listings that violate these terms.
Swap suggestions are not guarantees — all parties must accept. 3-way swaps require the entire chain to approve.
Once all parties accept, you are expected to complete the swap. Failure to deliver may lead to dispute and account restrictions.
Cash top-ups are processed via Stripe. Funds may be held in escrow and released when parties approve the swap.
No fee during the test period. When fees are introduced you will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email and on the website.
For cancelled swaps or disputes, funds are handled per escrow and dispute policy until resolved.
The following is prohibited:
You retain ownership of your content but grant BytaBort a licence to display it on the platform in connection with the service.
Disputes can be opened in My page. Support and AI-assisted analysis may suggest resolutions. Our escrow release decision is binding within the platform.
AI suggests matches and may assist disputes. Final agreements and deliveries are between users.
BytaBort is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost deals, or disputes between users beyond mandatory consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime under Profile.
Terms may be updated. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Contact: hej@bytabort.nu.
